Racine and Kenosha Counties
In the summer of 2007, CR21 was launched in Racine and Kenosha counties with an initial cohort of 50 minority, low-income eighth grade students who will be the first in their families to go to college. We will add 40-50 students per year over the program’s five-year pilot phase reaching at least 200 students by the pilot’s end.
